Matt Archambault is a senior commercial revenue executive with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling revenue systems, partnership ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies across gaming, media, entertainment, and emerging technology. A recognized revenue translator, he is known for converting complex audience behavior, community dynamics, and market signals into sustainable revenue growth, product innovation, and brand impact. Throughout his career, Matt has generated over $1B in partnership revenue, built revenue organizations from the ground up, and developed data-driven commercial models that withstand market inflection points.

Matt currently serves as Senior Vice President, Global Commercial Revenue & Revenue Strategy Lead at OS Studios, where he is responsible for building the global commercial engine supporting the studio’s expansion. Previously, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at GGL and spent six years at Riot Games, where he was Head of Commercial Partnerships for the Americas & Oceania, overseeing multi-regional revenue strategy and P&L for League of Legends, VALORANT, and other flagship esports products. His leadership delivered record-breaking revenue, Riot’s first global brand partnership, and the largest partnership deal in global LoL esports history. Matt has also held senior roles at Tubi TV, BBC Worldwide, Newsweek, and early-stage technology ventures, and is a frequent speaker and advisor to CEOs, founders, and investors navigating rapidly evolving markets.
